Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • cups d coleslaw 
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • teaspoon bottled ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 16 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients; spread evenly over both sides of chicken.
  3. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. While chicken cooks, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add onion; saute 2 minutes.
  6. Add coleslaw; saute 1 minute or until coleslaw begins to wilt.
  7. Place coleslaw mixture in a medium bowl.
  8. Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat.
  9. Serve coleslaw mixture with chicken.
