  • ounces angel hair pasta uncooked
  • tablespoon bottled garlic minced
  • tablespoon bottled ginger grated
  • pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 28 ounce fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free canned
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  spring onion thinly sliced
  • stalks lemon grass fresh peeled
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  •  to 5 chilies red finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and lemongrass; saut 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Add chicken and pasta; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard lemongrass.
