Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, water chestnuts, and oranges in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine vinegar and oil in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.
  3. Pour vinegar mixture over salad mixture, tossing well.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 hour, if desired.
