  • 0.3 tsp pepper black freshly ground
  • cups thinly cabbage shredded red
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • 24 oz pork chops boneless
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • teaspoon chile flakes red crushed
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts unsalted
  • 0.3 tsp salt 
  • cups thinly savoy cabbage shredded
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, mix oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and chile flakes. Put pork in a medium bowl and coat with 3 tbsp. dressing.
  2. Broil pork chops, turning once, until done the way you like, 7 minutes for medium.
  3. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing 1/4 in. thick.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine cabbages, cilantro, bell pepper, and green onions.
  5. Add remaining dressing and peanuts to slaw mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide slaw among 4 plates and top with pork.
