  •  firm-ripe fuyu persimmons unpeeled cut in thin wedges
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • large asian pear unpeeled cut in thin wedges
  • ounces salad mix whole packed ( 1 lightly qt.)
