Ingredients

  • cups broccoli florets 
  • ounce water chestnuts drained sliced canned
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark divided
  • tablespoon cooking sherry dry
  • cups bean sprouts fresh
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup mango chutney 
  • pound pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch strips
  • tablespoon water

  • slotted spoon

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the pork from pan with a slotted spoon.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon oil, broccoli, and water to skillet; stir-fry 5 minutes.
  6. Add chutney mixture, bean sprouts, garlic, and water chestnuts; stir-fry 2 minutes. Return pork to skillet; stir-fry 30 seconds.
