With a blend of brown rice, lentils, and a variety of vegetables, these patties are packed with flavor and nutrition. The recipe is dairy-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions, and it's a great way to add more plant-based meals to your diet. The cooking process is straightforward, starting with boiling the rice and lentils, then shaping them into patties with a delightful mix of cashews, bread crumbs, and stir-fry sauce.
