- 0.5 cup bean sprouts
- 0.5 cup bok choy thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons ginger minced
- 0.5 cup cabbage green thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup green onions julienned
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 1 cup napa cabbage thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
- 4 servings peanuts for garnish
- 15 wonton skins
- 0.5 cup bell pepper red thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 0.5 cup snap peas julienned
- 5 tablespoons soya sauce

Directions
- In a small saucepan add 2 tablespoons olive oil, ginger and garlic, lightly saute until lightly brown.
- Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and mirin.
- Saute for 5 minutes and remove from heat. When cool whisk in olive oil, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
- Mix all vegetables in a bowl and toss with dressing.
- Garnish with crushed wontons and peanuts.
