  • cups cabbage shredded chinese (napa)
  • cup fennel bulb thinly sliced
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ginger grated
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • tablespoon honey 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • cup salad dressing 
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • medium baking apples are apples that have a sweet-tart balance and hold their shape when cut into julienne (matchstick-cut) strips ( 1 1/2 cups)
  • tablespoon citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. In large bowl, stir together cabbage, apple, fennel, onion and parsley.
  2. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients using a whisk; pour over cabbage mixture. Toss gently. Refrigerate 1 hour.
