Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  • cups corn chex corn chex®
  • cup chow mein noodles 
  • cups regular corn bugles®
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 cup pretzel sticks 
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts salted
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • 0.5 cup wasabi peas

Directions

  1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, corn snacks, chow mein noodles, pretzels and peanuts.
  2. In microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in garlic powder, soy sauce and chow mein seasoning mix with wire whisk until well mixed.
  3. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Microwave uncovered on High about 3 minutes, stirring after every minute, until mixture looks dry and crisp.
  5. Spread on paper towels; cool 15 minutes.
  6. Place in serving bowl; stir in wasabi-coated peas. Store in airtight container.
