Ingredients

  • ounces asparagus trimmed cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 2- to 3-inch pieces
  • servings cornmeal (for sprinkling)
  • ounces fingerling potatoes 
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • ounces goat cheese fresh crumbled soft
  •  spring onion divided thinly sliced
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin divided
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ounces mozzarella cheese grated

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in small saucepan.
  2. Addenough water to cover by 1 inch.
  3. Sprinklewith salt. Bring to boil and cook untilpotatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain. Cool.
  5. Cut potatoes into thin slices.
  6. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  7. Sprinkle rimlessbaking sheet with cornmeal.
  8. Roll and stretchpizza dough to 16x11-inch oval.
  9. Transfer tobaking sheet.
  10. Mix 1 tablespoon olive oil andgarlic in small bowl.
  11. Brush garlic oil overdough.
  12. Sprinkle 3/4 of green onions over, thenmozzarella, leaving 1/2-inch plain border. Topwith potato slices and goat cheese. Tossasparagus and 1 tablespoon oil in mediumbowl. Scatter asparagus over pizza.
  13. Sprinklewith Parmesan, then lightly with salt andgenerously with pepper.
  14. Bake pizza until crust is browned andasparagus is tender, about 18 minutes.
  15. Transfer to cutting board.
  16. Sprinkle withremaining green onions.
  17. Cut into pieces.
