Ingredients

  • 0.5 pound asparagus spears fresh ( 9 spears)
  • tablespoon cheese blue crumbled
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • teaspoons honey 
  • teaspoons horseradish prepared
  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoons paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  •  plum tomatoes cut into wedges
  • cups torn watercress 
  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar white
  • small baby squash yellow sliced

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill thoroughly.
  2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  3. Remove scales from stalks with a knife or vegetable peeler, if desired. Arrange asparagus in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Drain; let cool to room temperature.
  5. Arrange asparagus, squash, and tomato on 2 watercress-lined salad plates.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  7. Drizzle vinegar mixture evenly over salads.
