  • pound asparagus spears 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup honey dijon dressing fat-free (such as Marzetti)
  • tablespoon horseradish prepared
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • ounces romano cheese shaved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  3. Snap off tough ends of asparagus; remove scales with a knife or vegetable peeler, if desired.
  4. Place asparagus in a roasting pan; coat with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Turn asparagus spears; bake an additional 10 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  6. Drizzle asparagus spears immediately with reserved dressing mixture; toss well.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper, and top with cheese.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
