- 2 cups leeks thinly sliced ( 2)
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind grated
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons preshredded parmesan cheese fresh

- Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
- Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus and leeks; saut 6 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
