  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups leeks thinly sliced ( 2)
  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons preshredded parmesan cheese fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  2. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add asparagus and leeks; saut 6 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining ingredients; toss well.
  7. Serve immediately.
