- 0.3 cup balsamic vinaigrette light divided (such as Newman's Own)
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese fresh shaved
- 0.3 cup pinenuts toasted
- 0.3 cup onion red thinly sliced

- Combine tomatoes and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette on a jelly-roll pan, tossing well to coat.
