Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup alfredo sauce reduced-fat (such as Contadina)
  • slices bacon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 13 ounce clams drained chopped canned
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 1.5 cups onion sliced
  • 1.5 ounces preshredded parmesan cheese fresh
  • pound pizza crust italian cheese-flavored (such as Boboli)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from pan; crumble. Set aside.
  4. Add onion and thyme to bacon drippings in pan; saut 6 minutes over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Stir in pepper.
  5. Place crust on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread Alfredo sauce over crust; top with onion mixture, clams, bacon, and cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
