Ingredients

  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • stalks celery sliced
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup canned
  • 10 oz regular corn frozen thawed
  • oz hoffman's pepper pasteurized process cheese food hot cubed
  • cups milk 
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.3 tsp pepper 
  • 1.5 lb potatoes red cubed peeled ( 5)

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • paper towels
  • sauce pan

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in large saucepan until crisp, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in pan.
  3. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  4. Add potatoes, onions and celery to drippings; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. Stir in soup and milk; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; cook 5 min. or until process cheese food is completely melted and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
