  • tablespoon butter reduced-fat
  • cup rice wild uncooked
  • ounces mushrooms fresh sliced
  • tablespoons spring onion thinly sliced
  • 2.5 cups water 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup bacon bits

Directions

  4. Cover and simmer 40 to 50 minutes or until rice is tender; drain if necessary. Stir in bacon bits.
