  • slices bacon cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal yellow
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • tablespoons orange marmalade 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 1.3 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
