  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded 2% reduced-fat
  • slices center-cut bacon crumbled cooked
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in oats. Crumble beef over oat mixture; stir just until blended.
  3. Shape mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf; place on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
  5. Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup and 1 teaspoon mustard; brush over loaf.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 16
  8. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into 6 slices.
