Ingredients

  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • cup regular corn frozen
  • clove garlic minced
  • oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • cup onions sliced
  •  jalapeão peppers seeded sliced
  • oz tortilla chips 
  • cups yukon gold potatoes cubed cooked peeled ( 5)

Equipment

  • paper towels
  • oven
  • slotted spoon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 tsp. drippings from skillet.
  4. Add potatoes, corn, onions, peppers and garlic to reserved drippings; cook 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp. bacon for later use. Stir remaining bacon into potato mixture; spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until heated through. Top with reserved bacon.
  7. Serve with chips.
