  • cups apples unpeeled chopped (2 medium)
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup maple syrup 
  • 2.7 cups oats 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cups vanilla plain
  • servings soymilk 
  • servings walnuts toasted chopped
