  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons chili powder 
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • medium onion diced
  • links spicy pork sausage cut into chunks
  • servings salt to taste
  • tablespoons vinegar 
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a Dutch oven, combine the baked beans, onion, bell pepper, and sausage. Season with chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic powder and salt.
  3. Add a dash of cayenne if desired.
  4. Cover and bake for one hour in the preheated oven.
