  • cup mayonnaise 
  • cup cream sour
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese 
  •  tomatoes seeded chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • serving spring onion cooked for garnish, if desired
