Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs and legs mixed
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • cloves garlic peeled
  • Tbsp honey 
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  •  optional: lemon cut into 8 wedges
  • lb potatoes red quartered ( 4)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix dressing, broth and honey until blended.
  3. Place chicken, potatoes and garlic in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing mixture.
  4. Add lemons.
  5. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until chicken is done (165F) and potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve garnished with lemons.
