Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups celery sliced
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked chopped
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 cup miracle whip dressing 
  • Tbsp onion chopped
  • dash pepper 
  • 0.8 cup potato chips crushed
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded divided kraft
  • slices tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix chicken, celery, 1/2 cup of the cheese, dressing, onion, lemon juice and seasonings until well blended.
  3. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; top with tomatoes.
  4. Bake 35 minutes; top with combined remaining 1/2 cup cheese and chips.
  5. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
