  • tsp green onions chopped
  • 0.3 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • Tbsp milk 
  • Tbsp classic ranch dressing kraft
  • Tbsp mayo reduced fat mayonnaise light divided kraft
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut lengthwise into 3 strips
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup mayo, milk and pepper.
  3. Add to chicken in medium bowl; stir until chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  4. Pour coating mix onto plate. Dip chicken, 1 strip at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat each strip; place in single layer on baking sheet. Discard marinade.
  5. Bake chicken 20 min. or until done. Meanwhile, mix remaining mayo, dressing and onions.
  6. Serve chicken with sauce.
