Ingredients

  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, the nutmeg, milk, egg and vanilla with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  4. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
  6. Dip tops of doughnuts in melted butter, then dip in cinnamon-sugar.
  7. Serve warm.
