  • cup ham cooked chopped
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5  bell pepper green chopped
  • servings salt and ground pepper black to taste
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5  onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
