  • 0.5 ounce bread french cut ()
  • large egg whites 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 2.5 cups milk 2% reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup pure
  • tablespoons powdered sugar 
  • cups strawberries sliced
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Place bread slices in a single layer in 2 (13 x 9-inch) glass or ceramic baking dishes.
  3. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients (through egg white), stirring well with a whisk.
  4. Pour milk mixture over bread, turning slices until milk mixture is absorbed.
  5. Transfer bread slices to 2 large baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until browned and puffed, turning halfway through cooking time.
