Ingredients

  • ounce apricot preserves 
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 12 ounce coca-cola soft canned
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • pound ham smoked fully cooked trimmed
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • tablespoon paprika 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Score fat on ham in a diamond pattern.
  2. Sprinkle ham with sugar mixture, and place in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan.
  3. Pour cola into pan.
  4. Bake, covered, at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
  5. Stir together preserves and orange juice. Spoon 3/4 cup glaze over ham, and bake 15 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 14
  6. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with remaining glaze.
