  • tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • serving sprinkles yellow
