Directions

  1. Prepare Orange Custard Sauce.
  2. Place plums in a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Pour apple juice over plums.
  5. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes or just until plums are tender.
  6. Let cool slightly.
  7. Spoon warm plums and juice evenly into individual dessert dishes. Top with Orange Custard Sauce.
