  • 10 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • tablespoons brown sugar dark
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  •  pork chops thick cut boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place pork chops in the skillet, and brown about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
  6. Arrange pork chops in a medium baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with brown sugar mixture, and cover with tomato sauce.
  8. Pour water into the baking dish.
  9. Cover, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
