  • tablespoons butter 
  • ounce water chestnuts drained sliced chopped canned
  • 0.3 cup wine dry white
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • cups mayonnaise 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • large onion coarsely chopped
