  • 4.5 tsp grey poupon country dijon mustard 
  • Tbsp pancake syrup 
  • lb salmon fillet skinless
  • tsp soya sauce 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients;
  2. Pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat fish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  3. Heat oven to 450F.
  4. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Place fish on foil-covered baking sheet.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
