Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinaigrette 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • medium baby squash yellow
  • 1.3 pounds each cut in half lengthwise
  • 1.3 pounds each cut in half lengthwise

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add squash; seal bag, and let stand 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
  3. . Prepare grill.
  4. Remove squash from bag, reserving marinade.
  5. Place squash on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until squash is tender.
  6. Place squash on a serving platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
