  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • pound mushrooms fresh sliced
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons white wine 

Equipment

    Directions

    1. Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not brown the garlic.
    2. Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine, cook another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
