Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 14.5 ounce chicken broth canned
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon rosemary fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves pressed
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 4.5 inch pork chops boneless
  • 6.2 ounce fast-cooking and rice mix long-grain wild
  • servings garnish: rosemary sprigs fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions; keep warm.
  2. Combine flour, 1 teaspoon rosemary, salt, and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  3. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saut 1 minute.
  4. Add pork chops, and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden.
  5. Remove pork chops.
  6. Add broth and vinegar, stirring to loosen particles from bottom of skillet. Cook 6 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
  7. Add pork chops, and cook 5 minutes or until done.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Garnish, if desired.
