Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing kraft
  • Tbsp brown sugar 
  •  sage leaves fresh
  •  apples i use 2 granny smith apples cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • small onion red cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • large sweet potatoes and into peeled cut into 3/4-inch chunks

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • oven
  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients; spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover tightly with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 20 min.; turn potatoes.
  4. Add apples; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan.
  5. Bake, covered, 10 min.
  6. Stir potato mixture; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Discard sage leaves before serving.
