  • 0.5 teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup mascarpone cheese chilled
  • 72 ounces baskets strawberries hulled halved
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream chilled
