  • cup banana ripe mashed ( 2 medium)
  • tablespoons butter softened
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • cup powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips miniature
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 2.3 cups frangelico 
  • 2.3 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  2. Spread in pan
  3. Bake 26 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes.
  4. In small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. If necessary, add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until thin enough to drizzle.
  5. Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake.
  6. Serve warm.
