Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups bananas mashed ( 3 medium)
  • cups oats 
  • cup raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup walnut pieces chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix oats, raisins, walnuts and salt. In medium bowl, mix bananas, oil and vanilla.
  2. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
