Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup banana ripe mashed
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • 0.3 cup pecans chopped
  • 1.3 cups quick-cooking oats hot (such as Quaker)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Beat the first 6 ingredients at medium speed of a mixer until blended. Lightly spoon the flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife. Gradually add the flour, cereal, pecans, and salt to the banana mixture, stirring until well-blended.
  3. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
