  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup banana ripe mashed
  •  eggs 
  • 2.3 cups flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cups cereal low-fat (without raisins)
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and margarine at medium speed of a mixer until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add banana, vanilla, and egg; beat well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, and nutmeg; stir.
  4. Add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in granola.
  5. Drop the dough by level tablespoons onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool on pans 1 minute.
  7. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks.
