Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard 
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs beaten
  • teaspoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • cup barbecue sauce 
  • 0.8 lb pan drippings from roast beef preferably cooked chopped (from deli)
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, mustard, milk and egg until mixed.
  2. Pour and spread in pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Top will not brown.)
  4. Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and beef. Cook until hot.
  6. Spread beef mixture over baked bread base.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  8. Bake 4 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into squares.
