  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon

Directions

  1. Combine butter, barbecue seasoning, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Split each pita bread into 2 rounds.
  3. Cut each round into 8 wedges.
  4. Place wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Brush rough side of each wedge with butter mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Remove from oven; transfer to wire racks to cool.
