  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon jamaican jerk seasoning 
  • 0.8 cup catsup 
  • servings garnish: parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle fish with pepper; arrange in an even layer in a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined broiler pan.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce over catfish.
  4. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
