Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper strips green
  • teaspoons brown sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • cup onion sliced
  • ounces apricot-glazed pork roast thinly sliced
  • ounce sandwich rolls 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well; set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper; saut 6 minutes or until tender.
  5. Spread barbecue sauce over cut sides of rolls. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between roll bottoms; top with roll tops.
  6. Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
