  • 0.3 cup cider vinegar 
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons catsup 
  • tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 24 ounce pork tenderloins 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • servings vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; saut 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce; bring to a boil. Cook 6 minutes. Process mixture until smooth. Reserve 6 tablespoons sauce.
  3. Sprinkle pork tenderloins with salt; brush with sauce.
  4. Place pork on an oiled grill rack. Grill 6 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 14
  5. Remove pork, and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice.
